Not able to share a flow Prototype Link

I don't have the option to share the link of the prototype

Hello,

Such message will appear with non-cloud publishing accounts. From such accounts, you will not have publishing privileges.

You need to export your prototype and share that.

To do publishing ,you need to change account privileges.
