Not able to update Shared Links

I am not able to update shared links on XD. The progress reaches upto 100% and then reverses to 90 or lower and progresses again. The loop goes on and is never updated.

    Hi Anjanii2330023981hk,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the steps shared below:

     

    1.  Sign out of XD and CC Desktop app.
    2. Close CoreSync and all Adobe related processes from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
    3. Reboot the computer.
    4. Sign back in on the CC Desktop app and launch XD from there and check again.
