Not getting XD installation option in Creative Cloud App.

I have a Adobe for Enterprise subscription when i am accessing the creative cloud app i am unable to see adobe xd installation option. Checked overall app and it is nowhere. Even though it is mentioned in the profile as well that my pack includes adobe xd.

I can't even raise this request one on one at adobe as am using my organisation laptop as a user (not admin).

Please help.
