Not receiving comment notification on email

Me and my team is posting comments on xd shared file. But not receiving the email notification of the comments put by the other team members, its getting very difficult to track the comments put by others. 

Even if in account settings Adobe Account its set to receive all emails, we arent receiving any 
Please help

In case if you are not an enterprise user, please try adding adobe.com domain to your address book and let us know if you are able to receive an email notification.
