notifications not showing up

My team shared a file with me in CC and I click the link, however when I get redirected to my account the notifications panel opens up but it is blank. I can't accept the share and I cannot get access.  

 

Any thoughts?

    You might try checking that you're signed via the Help menu. If you are signed in, then you could try signing out and back in again.

     

    You might also try signing in to the Creative Cloud Desktop app. If you're already signed in there, then also try signing out and back in there.

    Thanks. I signed out and in and now realize that I have two profiles - business and personal. The file is shared with the business profile, however that does not sync with my desktop.  Is there a way to share it only with the personal profile?

    Because you have 2 accounts, you could try sharing the document (click the person icon with the + in the upper right of the screen) and invite yourself using the Adobe ID (the email address associated with your other account) to edit it.
