For shapes and text in XD, you can sample the fill and border colors from other objects with the eyedropper tool in the Appearance panel. However, I can't seem to sample border thickness or Shadow styling. Is there a way to do this?

The eyedropper is for colour sampling only (unlike InDesign eyedropper that samples all properties).

If you copy the circle above (Cmd + V) then select the circle below, then Right-click > Paste Appearance (Cmd + Alt + V), your fill/border/shadow will be coped across.

I am able to do both. Can you provide us with the exact steps to reproduce your issue?

See my attached image.

The circle on top has a blue fill and grey border (thickness 10) and a drop shadow.

I want the circle below to have the same appearance (blue fill, grey border with 10 thickness, and drop shadow).

In the appearance panel, I can use the eyedropper tools to sample fill color and border color, but only those properties (I have highlighted the eyedropper tools in yellow). The border eyedropper tool will not sample color, but not the border thickness of the circle above. And there is no shadow eyedropper, so I can't sample the shadow from the circle above.
