Once published in Google play, i wish to update the contents
After publishing the app in Google play library, I wish to provide fresh content every day. How can I do after making a App in Adobe XD.

Adobe XD does not make apps. The app is built for you to create and test your designs. It also allows you to generate the art assets that will be used in the app. While you can prototype your app's flow and look & feel, it does not generate code. You still have to author the actual app using other tools. Adobe XD is a design tool not a development tool.
