Our Team is unable to open a shared cloud XD file.

Our team is using the same XD file for weeks but all of a sudden the cloud file is not opening and the screen is stuck on "Connecting." 

The file is there on the home screen but we are unable to have access to the same.

Hi Pooja,

make sure that you and your colleagues have the same version of Adobe XD installed.
