Overlay + Redirect

Hello guys, I would like to know if it is possible to create a Overlay after a redirect.

Let me explain...

Imagine a Snackbar like this one: https://material.angular.io/components/snack-bar/overview

The user shoud press a button that save my content, than redirect to the old page, than show my Overlay layer(Snackbar) is it possible?

I could just replicate my last artboart and add the snackbar, but I am looking for a more simple solution than add more and more artboard
