Overlay Stuck at the Top of the Page in Adobe XD

Hello everyone,

I'm having trouble with creating an overlay on my main page in Adobe XD. I've created a new artboard for the overlay elements, and I want the overlay to appear when clicking a button on the main page.

The problem is that the green square indicating the position of the second artboard (overlay) is stuck at the top of the main page, above the fold. No matter the size of the second artboard, the green square won't move down. As a result, the overlay either doesn't appear or only shows the bottom part.

I've tried adjusting the size and position, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any solutions or tips to resolve this issue?
