Overlay transparency

Hi guys,

While performing overlay between 2 artboards, the 2nd art board being smaller than the first. I'm getting the 2nd art board as slightly transparent but the FILL color is intact. Could anyone guide me on how to have a completely opaque artboard during the OVERLAY.
