Question

Paste (ctrl+v) doesn't work

I can't copy & paste any item or artboard on my XD, because just 'paste(CTRL+V)' menu isn't active.

This problem appeared after reinstalling of OS (windows10 64bit), before it worked perfectly.

While 'copy' works properly, 'paste' always stays in gray color.

How can I solve this problem? I actually re-installed XD several times.

We are sorry to hear you're facing trouble. Workaround for this you can use the paste from the context menu or goto Edit-> Paste

We would like to know a few more details like-

What is the OS & XD version of your machine?
Is it happening with all the files or with a specific file?
Could you please share a short video of the issue? So that we can understand better.

Context menu doesn't work too. I don't know how to open Edit-> Paste, where is it?

I use windows 10 64 bit and latest version of XD. It is happening with all files, images and text.
