Paste from XD to PS

When I'm pasting vector objects from XD to PS it gets rasterized and I don't receive the paste dialog box where I can choose Path, Smart Object etc. The latter is standard when I Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V from Illustrator. Shouldn't it be the same when pasting from XD? If I recall correctly I could paste from XD and retain vector properties before - right?

For the record, I've tried to right click in XD to copy and then paste via the edit menu in PS as well.

    Hey Perrybus,

That's a great thing you pointed out.

I understand the current copy and paste workflow from Xd to other applications is still developing and you may expect such feature sometime in future but currently it's not supported.

There's also a feature request around this - Copy from XD & paste into Illustrator (or Photoshop) – Adobe XD Feedback., I suggest you to upvote it and add your comments as well.
