I am using Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe CC).

My computer's operating system is Windows 10 Pro (x64).

I want to know the font cache location for Adobe XD (v29.2.32).

I installed Open Type Font or True Type Font but Adobe XD doesn't recognize it.

Please tell me the location of Font Cache of Adobe XD program.

Thanks a lot! 😄

Hi there,

Sorry for the delay in response. We have seen in past that this generally happens if you have accidentally disable the Windows Font Cache Service. Please try to activated the service, and let us know if the fonts came back and if you're able to use in Adobe XD.

Thanks,

Harshika

All fonts installed on Windows should be found under C:\Windows\Fonts.

Is it an Adobe Font you're trying to locate? I'm not sure if Activated fonts from their website are installed in the same location.

It is not an Adobe font, but a font created by another company.

The font is installed in C:\Windows\Fonts on my computer, and fonts are well recognized in MS Office and Adobe Photoshop 2020, Illustrator 2020, InDesign 2020.

However, the font does not appear only in the Adobe XD program.

The font file format is Open Type Font, True Type Font.

Can't you know where Adobe XD's font cache is? 🙂
