Plug Ins unavailable

I am trying to install plug ins in XD, but the button is grey and the hazard sign says that I need to install the latest version, log out of the account and log back in again to install. I have updated and checked that it is indeed the latest version, but still no luck. Please advice - thank you 😄

    Hi Mona,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please ensure you have the latest version of XD which is 44.1 and in case if it is the latest version, then please try the steps shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/issues-installing-xd-plugins.html and let us know if this helps or if you need any further assistance.
