We are sorry for the trouble, and thanks for sharing the video. Would you mind trying to sign out of XD, Creative Cloud desktop, restart the machine, and then sign back in and launch XD from the Creative Cloud Desktop app?

If that doesn't help, please also share the version of XD and the details of your operating system.
