Two weeks early, I was working on older version of Adobe xd . Then I decided to update it to the last version .. now most of time I start adobe xd I found that all plugins have been disappeared. But when I open CC I found that all plugins installed

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please check the plugin panel in case if the plugins got disabled somehow https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/help/create-manage-plugins.html? You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling plugins.
If that doesn't work either, please generate system logs using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and upload them to a shared location such as Creative Cloud or Dropbox and share the URL with us so that we can investigate the issue?
