plugins installation fails

Hello

i'm trying to install some plug-in for XD but thay ask me for my ID and password

so i put it but it doesn't work it says that it is wrong...

i dont know how to do, i try to change my password try to log out log in and nothing works

can you help me please?

Thanks for reaching out. In case if you have macOS, please try your macOS password as it might be asking for authorization. Let us know if this helps or if you need any further assistance.

Also check your Adobe Id active sessions at My Adobe Account. May be you have signed on more than 2 computers?
