Preview frequently ignores clicks while in fullscreen mode (MacOS)

Using full screen mode preview in MacOS (High Sierra), I am frequently caught clicking links twice, sometimes even three times, until the prototype finally responds.

 

I appreciate any help about it.

Just tested prototypes in full screen in macOS (Catalina) and it works fine. I would recommend updating the XD to the latest version if it is not updated to latest version.
