Preview link not working on mobile browser, works on desktop

hello team, 

 

I'd like some help but I'm unable to share this publicly. I have read a few known issues of this happening in the past. 

 

The share link has been given to my client and we all can only open it on desktop (even though its a mobile preview link). On mobile it opens and then crashes the site. 

 

Is there a known issue with this? Thank you
