Preview Mode and Prototyping Animation

Hi,

I have been experiencing this weird glich that is,the preview mode shows the artboard color dark and simply does not pick any other color.

Also the prototyping animation option chooses dissolve as default and doesnot allow me to select others.

XD crashes way way too much.

Please consider these issues to resolve.

Please provide your OS and maschine info. Dose it meet the Adobe XD system requirements?
