Preview screen is greying out in XD 44 version.

I cant seem to view my document without it being greyed out. 

 

Have tried everything and cant seem to view it clearly. 

 

If anyone has any tips that would be great !

Is this on one file only, or on other files as well?

Can you show a screenshot from the design tab including the layers panel?

If you can share the file, that would be great.

 

What happens if you generate a prototype link from this and view it in the browser?
