Privacy settings for wireframes on XD
I have my interactive wireframes and want to send them to people
is there anyway to allow email access only and / or get some metrics?

Anyone with the shared link will be able to view it. While you can't control who sees it, it's unlikely that someone would be able to stumble upon or guess the link.
Currently there are no metrics that I know of.
