problem in adobe xd prototype - time duration not work (stoped in zero value only)

i have a problem in adobe xd (version 40 , 41 , 42 ) prototype - time duration not work (stoped in zero value only) version 39 work correctly 

i try manay time download xd from cloud or from google sources, but the same problem
