Problem with Component Hit Area and Hover for Round Shapes

Hi there,

I am trying to create some rounded buttons. I have noticed that the component shape is always rectangular though. Is there a way to change that? Here's a video showing how I am able to click the button in the corner of the component, but I only want to be able to click the button when over the shape ideally. Is there a way to set this up?
