Problem with playback action

Question

When I create a presentation link, some of the audio doesn't work. It says:

"There was a problem with the playback action."

Note: This problem does not occur with the artboard after it with the same audio-file

Note 2: When I tap the screen the audio does starts playing, even tho I don't have it on 'tap'-mode

It seems to be this problem only happens the first time an audio file is triggered.

What can I do to fix this problem?

Hi there,

Sorry for the delay in response. Is it happening with a specific file or all the files? Have you tried signing out of XD, Creative Cloud, restart the machine and then sign back in? Let us know if that helps.
