Problemas para arrastar e soltar fotos dentro do adobe xd

Estou impossibilitado de arrastar e soltar imagens para dentro do adobe xd. Ja verifiquei o tamanho da imagem que está correto, também desinstalei e reinstalei o programa e não funcionou. Eu consigo apenas importar imagens, mas através dessa função é impossível criar máscara ou editar a imagem da maneira como necessito para meu projeto. Peço que me auxiliem rápido, pois estou com urgencia!!

    You cannot drag and drop Photoshop (.psd) or Illustrataor (.ai) files, but you should be able to drag and drop JPEG, PNG, etc.

     

    If you still cannot get drag and drop to work, you can replicate the same functionality within XD:

    1. Import the image.
    2. Cut the image (Edit > Cut or Right-click > Cut).
    3. Select a shape (rectangle, circle, etc)
    4. Choose Edit > Paste Appearance (or Right-click > Paste Appearance)
