Problemas para ver archivos en la nube, compartir, abrir archivos

hola desde hoy en la mañana estamos experimentando problemas en la carga de archivos en desde cretive cloud, no podemos acceder a los link de invitados, desde ayer a las 6 que terminamos de trabajar no guardo en la nube. Desinstalamos intalamos reinicinamos. escribo para que soporte nos pueda asistir con urgencia.

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please check if you are able to see the files here https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents and if it is available there, please try the steps shared below:

 

  1. Sign out of XD and CC Desktop app.
  2. Close CoreSync and all Adobe related processes from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
  3. Reboot the computer.
  4. Sign back in and please ensure that you are signed in with the correct email address.
  5. Check if you are able to see the files.

 

In case if it still doesn't work, please share a few more details like:

 

  • The version of XD & OS.
  • Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
  • Are you on enterprise network or private network?

Hi,  I'm having the same issue, I applied the 5 steps you showed and it stills no working.

My version of XD & OS:
Xd: Version 56.1.12.1 arm64, sincronización de Creative cloud 6.5.0.24
OS: Ventura 13.3.1 (a)

Is this happening with a multiple files and I'm on enterprise network.
