Problems with the quality and size of exported pictures

1. The size is reduced (half) when exporting pictures as JPG,
The size of the exported image as PNG is the size of the design draft.
2. The exported pictures are of poor quality and blurred.
3. After updating to version 36.2, as mentioned last time, when the name of the artboard is in Chinese, the abnormal display bug has not been fixed yet
