i want to show prototype how it would look on mobile like invision, so client can see how app would look on mobile on desktop

Could you explain what you mean by "like invision" ?

Does the mockup need to include an iPhone device, or something ?

Hi, you could use the Desktop Preview option to display the app to the client directly from the PC.
