Prototype Mode Issue

Hi, I am facing issue while using prototype mode. If I am in prototype mode, I can barely do any interaction. The artboards get stuck in midway of the screen and takes around 3 seconds to load. Because of this I can't do any demoes with the project stakeholders for the last 15 days. Please help me in resolving this one.

The version of XD and the Operating System.
Is this happening on a specific file or multiple files?
Will it be possible for you to share a sample prototype link so that we can test it?

Sending you information you need to fix my issues

Version of XD 33.1.12

Its happening to all files

It is not about prototype link, its happening when I try to use prototype mode inside XD
