Prototype not working after new update

Hello,

I updated to the latest version of XD and prototyping isn't working properly.

I made the connections but when I preview the document, the connections are not working. I realised that the duration time only has a "s" (for second) but without any timer. It doesn't allow me to choose any other timer than 1s.

Is anyone having this problem?

    Hey,

    Adobe released a new update for XD on Friday. After this new update, I don't have any more problems with the transitions. Have you seen the new update?

    Hey, I have the same problem. In the same file, I have many artboard. Artboards I made before updated on June, prototype does working but artboards I made after updated are not working I'm using macOS Hight Sierra ver 10.13.3

        I guess I am not updating to the latest version... More and more issues with every update.

        I also have the same problem. Accepts only 1s. Manually does not work (MacOS High Sierra 10.13.5)

          Hi Ankush,

          Thank you for your answer. However, my problem is within the app not with published prototypes. When prototyping and previewing the project within the app, the connections that I make don't work. It doesn't allow me to set a duration of 0,2 or 0,4 seconds. Only 1 second, which is too long specially when I have to make some user testing.

          Is there any solution for this problem or should I write in UseVoice Issue as you mentioned?

          The team is aware of this issue with some users and trying to fix it. Meanwhile, can you try entering the values manually and let us know if it worked?
