Prototype notifications and redirection problem

Since few days I can't go directyly to specific comment when clicking on the CC notification. I was trying few browsers, also with incognito mode, and nothing helps. When I click on the single notification from CC (comment added inside the prototype that somebony submit) browser do not redirect me to it. I have to scroll entire prototype to find it. Any ideas?
