Prototype screen size changes & links opening at bottom of page

Hi, I'm having some trouble in prototype. I've set all viewpoints to the same height, auto-animate or previous page, and ease in-out, but that's not what I'm viewing. One link might go to a page with the correct height and location, but another will be a small viewpoint or the bottom of the page.

I don't know if it makes a difference, but this is a copy of the original wireframes. The wires from version 1 were originally connected to version 2, but I deleted them, because I made changes. I don't know if there is a better way, this is the way I was taught, but I you know a faster way...please tell me.
