Prototype transitions not working but preview does

I've created a prototype with page transitions triggered by hotspots.

All works fine in the desktop preview but after publishing the hotspot areas highlight when clicked but there's no page transition.

I'm using XD CC ver 12.0.12.10, creative cloud sync 4.1.0.29

    I've now been prompted to update XD CC. Having updated, the prototyping seems to have changed to 'share'  - share document, share for review and share for development. Looks like share for review is the new name!

    Anyway it still doesn't work.

    Thank you for updating to the latest version. Would it be possible for you to share your files? You can upload them to a shared location such as CC or Google Drive and share the link over a private message. To send a private message, click my picture and use the Message button.
