Prototype view isn't connecting any new links and artboard assets aren't appearing

I have been working on a prototype for the last few weeks. However since the update I am experiencing some pretty major bugs. All work I've created post the update (Artboard, assets etc) are either not linking or simply not appearing in prototype view. I'm in the middle of a handover so this is causing some issues.

New buttons and any links to new artboards in the project are not working and not exporting when using Share
