Prototype works in browser but not in the XD APP

Hi - I have a pretty basic prototype with a few buttons and page transitions. It all works fine in the browser but when I try and view it on the app there are no hot spots.

I am using the IOS app. And the phone has the latest operating system. And the app is up to date.

Thanks for sharing the link, Daniel. Sorry for the confusion,  as shared by Trouble007, we don't have an option to open the link through the XD app. You can surely preview on the browser however in the XD app on the mobile device, you can either live preview through USB tethering or you can open the file from the cloud.     Hi Daniel,

     

    Thanks for reaching out. Could you please confirm if this is happening with a specific file or multiple files? If this is happening with multiple files, would you mind re-installing the app on iOS and let us know if this works or if you need any further assistance.

      Hi - I have already tried reinstalling the app. It just seems to be this prototype. I am using button states in this (for the first time) - not sure if that's the problem?
