Prototype xd - can not add comments

Hello,

I made a prototype for my client and I shared it by private link sent to him from Adobe xd.
The problem is that I can see prototype working well but the rest of the background is all black, no icons of comments - nothing.

I shared it from my fully paid account to his free ID Account.

Why this is happening?
