Prototypes & Specs - Folder administration

I have lots of different design spec files (which is oddly enough also called prototypes in CC) for different projects. It's almost impossible to keep track as they all just sits in the same directory, I'm in desperate need to organize my files in folders just like you would do on any system but there's no place to add files into folders? Have I overlooked anything? Can't see any folder options?

    Except thats for prototypes and not design specs. I think Adobe is making a big mistake defining it prototypes & design specs at the same section. You have designs specs and you have prototypes, the latter often contains some sort of linkage, specs contain attributes. I want EVERYTHING to be ordered in folders no matter what. It's so mandatory.
