Prototyping details not allowed

After the latest update, the app isn't allowing the prototype modifications ie changing transition style, time, effects etc. Connection between different artboards is working but the dialog box for effects and modifications is not coming. Upon clicking the connecting arrow for the box, a dotted tilde comes, and no dialog box.

Please look into it asap.
