Protoype is not working in preview

Question

I have a prototype on my artboard that is a tap trigger button and is linked to the next artboard. However when previewing the project, nothing happens when I tap on the button that is linked to the next artboard nor does the cursor change when hovering over the component. Anything I may be missing?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you're having trouble in previewing prototype transition. Could you please share a few more details like:

The version of XD.
Is this happening on a specific file or multiple files?
Also Is it possible to share a video of the workflow so it will be useful to reproduce the issue from our end.
Tried to reproduce the issue from our end on latest XD version-36.2.32.5, but couldn't able to reproduce it, so please share the above mentioned details.
