Public Link Creation for Adobe XD is disabled

Unable to create a public link with the access chosen as " Anyone with link". It says " Public link creation disabled". Previous links that were created with the same access rights also require non adobe users to sign in. Requesting a solution for this issue.

Having the same issue with All XD files. Doesn't seem to be an IT issue on our end. Is this an issue related to Adobe no longer suporting XD. Basically a slow death for all of us?
