Published Prototype - blank page when link opened with mobile device

Dear XD-Experts 🙂

Can someone tell me why the link of the published prototype does not show any results when opened with a mobile device (iPhone 6 in this particular case)?

I already uploaded my files into CC. The Live-Test via USB connection is running smoothly, but somehow I can't manage to share the prototype with my customers for feedback, all they see is a blank page with the name of the prototype 😕😕

How big are the artboards you are trying to view?

I'm having that problem. My artboard is 53 pages long and has a lot of links.

Thank you for the link. I tested your link on iPhone using both Safari and Chrome. Your site appears in around a second. I am also able to navigate to the various artboards. Can you try testing on other devices and let me know if you are able to reproduce the issue?

Can you publish just that artboard to a prototype link that is public so that the dev team might have a look? Even better if you can share an xd file containing just that artboard (privately is fine, just message me).
