Published prototype link is frozen in XD

Hello, I'm doing a project in Adobe XD but when I create a link to present the website prototype, all the elements are slow, especially the videos and animations.
When the customer opens the link to view the site, he can't see almost anything because everything is frozen. How can I solve this problem? Thanks.

Would you mind telling us the size of the XD file?
Does that happen with this specific file or all the files?
Does that happen within every browser you open the link?
Please share the OS details and the version of XD installed on your machine.

Hi Harshika!

My file has 45 562 KB and was made in the latest version of adobe XD. This
only happens to me with this file, because I haven't created other files in
adobe yet XD.
