Publishing issue with XD

Hi .Team

While publishing my xd file I get this error message. 

Can anyone help me with this ..... check below image for reference

    Hi Apps25802148hw0v,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for the trouble while creating a link, Please make sure that Creative cloud is sync..if not Plaesea wait for it to sync Otherwise plaese follow the below steps
    1. Quit XD

    2.Sign out /in from CCD

    3.Relaunch XD

    we need more information to help you. Which version of Adobe XD are you using? Have you tried with a different internet connection? Thanks
