Can you create a questionnaire on Adobe XD that collects the data/responses from the user? And/or do you need a plug in, and if so which one?

I don't think so. Adobe XD is for prototyping. You can use any online free service for your task.

I am struggling with the same question, now with Covid-19, I cannot visit my user testing group. So, I want to let them interact with my app (a short multiple choice dialog with a virtual coach), and after fill in a short questionnaire. Preferably all online, so that I can sent the interaction+questionnaire to many people. Does someone has a tip? And how did you (ld43907999) find a solution for this?
