Re: Adobe Experience Design (unable to install - error 183)

Hi,

I'm having problem installing XD CC, my working system is windows 12.  It starts out great and install to 90% then stop. The massage said "Installation Failed". When I click on more the summary reads:

Exit Code: 183

- 2 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 1 warnings(s)

FATAL: Error (Code = 183) executing in command 'RunProgramCommand' for package: 'UWPAssets', version:1.0.12.19

FATAL: Error occurred in install of package (Name: UWPAssets Version: 1.0.12.19). Error code: '183'

WARN: Program "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe/Adobe XD CC/CSDKConfigurator.exe" failed with exit code: -1

    Hi,

    I'm still having problem trying to install XD CC, I kept getting the message that reads: Installation Failed and

    Will we get notified via eail, or anything once this bug has a solution? I have the exact same error, except I'm running on Windows 10 Creators Update.

    We are on it, however need your help in finding the root cause of issue.

    Can you please help us with error log files?

    See the instructions in this doc for same - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html.

    Also find csdkConfiguratorLog.txt, should be here: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe XD CC and upload it to any file service like Dropbox.
