Hello guys, I'm facing this issue and because of this, I am not able to even save my files to the cloud.
It prompts that It's auto-saving my work, even when I haven't done anything, and stays the same. I've tried closing and re-opening it, creating a new doc.

Sorry for the trouble, from what I can see, it is more of a saving related problem than renaming the document. Please try the steps mentioned here Adobe XD User Guide. Let us know if this helps, we'll be happy to assist you further if the problem persists.
