Hi, i have the same problem. Windows 10 pro 22H2 19045.4529, system meets specs. Adobe cloud says my system is incompatible. How do I reach my IT Admin?

    It's unlikely that system requirements are the issue. Might be what @iCharles said about you being on the individual subscription for Adobe Xd. As far as I know, people on that subscription can still renew it, but for new users you can only access Xd if you're on the All Apps subscription. You might have to contact Adobe Support for that one.

    Well, i made the 7 days test trial for creative cloud and then moved to the app section, there i got the message adobe Xd would not be compatible with my system. I am new to it, so i wonder, how you could see I have an individual subscription for adobe Xd.

    I see, I was just quoting what @iCharles said. I'm not an Adobe employee, so I cannot confirm what's the situation on their end. Did you try contacting support?
