Redo and Undo nothing working

Hey everyone, I noticed the control Z or Y was not responding in XD, and when I clicked the edit option on the top left nav the Undo and Redo options were grayed out. Any solution?

Hi, what version of Adobe XD are you using? Did this problem also occur with other files?

2021, I just checked my creative colud and it seems I have to update XD. Though i have restarted my PC and XD is working fine now.
